Hi Sunshine!

I'm Cris, the creative mind behind Sunrise Web Studio, crafting web and branding designs for fellow women entrepreneur, armed with a laptop and a suitcase while traveling around the world.

Hola Hola!!

For the past three years, I've been living as a digital nomad.
And do you know whose fault?

Thailand, of course!

I traveled there 6 years ago (It was my first trip far from home) and I thought: 'I don't know what I am going to do for work in my life, but I want to be a digital nomad.'

And a few years later, my dream came true!

Now I work on my own time, I travel as much as I can, I enjoy discovering new cultures, making friends out of strangers, trying new things and living outside of my comfort zone.

Why I started Sunrise Studio?

I love to create, in every aspect: I've tried Fimo, decoupage, painting, clay (In fact, one of my first businesses was handmade bath products), and I also love to create digitally, starting with my first love: Canva.

I discovered my passion for creation at uni and found myself staying up late while working on projects. After that, I started with web design and tried various platforms: Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and finally, Squarespace.

What's my goal?

I want to work with entrepreneurs who are willing to have a business that is aligned with them. I need to connect with you, understand your values and motivations to work together. This is the only way I know I'll be as excited about your project as you.

The advantage of working with a designer is that you can review my past work and see if it captures your attention. There are many great designers out there, so it's important that you choose the right one for you.

You feel comfortable

Feeling that we get along and that we both are comfortable is essential for me, and I assume it is for you too. Ultimately, we will be interacting at least three times, and I want to be excited about your business and our meetings, just as I hope you are.

You like me!

I am sincere, and I communicate in a way that resonates with you. I want our first meeting to feel relaxed, like having a coffee with a friend. I aim to understand what drives you from within to create your business, and I'll also tell you a bit more about me.

A few curious things about me

  • I'm no one without my morning coffee.

  • I was born on an island: Mallorca - Spain.

  • My first job was as a Flamenco Dancer for 8 year in different companies.

  • This is my third official entrepreneurship (many others didn't make it to the launch stage).

  • I have two Degrees, and none is Graphic Design.

  • Fan of personal growth books and podcast…but if you play Love Island I’m also down for it.

  • I’ve lived in the UK, Australia, Thailand and Bali.

  • Van life? Been there, done that!

  • And a bunch of things I like: yoga, scuba diving, say that I am Spanish when people says I talk too loud, food (seriously…anything), drawing, keep bumping into incredible people,etc.

I love designing, but do you know what I love even more?

Working with people I connect with, I love listening with empathy, getting to know the person behind the business and their reasons for the journey, so we can share the excitement of what is to come. 

This is the best part of my job and what makes it worthwhile.
