How it works

Contact me first to tell me a bit about you.
I’ll send you a link to book our first virtual coffee.
There, we can get to know each other, and I’ll answer any questions you might have.
If we feel good with each other, I'll send you the contract to sign and the banking details for the 50% deposit to reserve your design week.

As I would have explained to you, we will contact you and share all the information for the project via your client portal in Notion.
In there, you will have all the guides, questionnaires, deadlines, steps, etc. Everything in the same place.

Here, we will have a meeting where I explain everything that you've seen on Notion and guide you through all the steps.
I will also explain to you what is in each questionnaire and how you should answer.
You will also have all this information, questions, and examples in various guides.
After this, it's your turn to do the homework.

Now it's your turn to fill out all the questionnaires, write your copy, and send me the photographies.
Most people take around one month to complete these steps.
You will know everything that you need to do after our strategy session, but we can exchange one weekly email if you have questions or have an extra meeting to help you answer the questionnaires.

The last week before the design week, I'll prepare your mini branding according to the answers from your questionnaires and our conversations.
You have one revision included, and after approval, everything will be ready for the design week.
After this you will do the last 50% payment and I’ll start with your design week.

The exciting week is here!
During these 5 days, I'll go through the design process, and we'll have scheduled reviews.
You'll be able to see what I am doing every day through our Notion portal.
It is very important that you are available on the days scheduled for the reviews for a smooth process.

By Friday, you will be ready to show your site to the world, knocking this off your to-do list and celebrating all over the weekend!
After this, I'll provide you with all the video guides so you can easily manage your site and have a place to go whenever a question emerges.
You'll also have two weeks support, which will give you time to check your site from top to bottom and see if you have any doubts.
